We want to inform you and your team of the current supply and shipping status of lighting products from our manufacturing facilities overseas and here in the United States. As of this week, we are seeing a significant slow down of new orders shipping from our overseas manufactures, which as of now, are resulting in approximately a 30-90 day delay over the standard 60-day lead time.
We have built up a significant inventory that we have on hand here in the USA prior to the Chinese New Year and the slow down effected by the Coronavirus. We are recommending to our reps to quickly send in orders to be released or communicate to us if you have an order you need in the immediate future and need us to hold the inventory for you.
We will be shipping our Stateside product on a first in, first out order basis. In addition, if we do not have exactly what you need, please consider we may have a similarly equal style fixture, close enough wattage or color temperature to the original lighting fixture your customer is requesting.
